1. Free Cancellation Window
You may cancel free of charge up to 12 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
To cancel, contact us using the details on our Contact Us page as early as possible.
2. Late Cancellation / No-Show
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment, or missed appointments (no-show), may be non-refundable.
3. Clinic or Doctor Cancellation
If we cancel or reschedule your appointment for reasons on our side, you may choose a new time or request a full refund.
4. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method, depending on your bank or UPI provider.
5. Misconduct
Sessions ended early due to patient misbehaviour or misconduct are non-refundable, and legal action may be taken where appropriate.
