Free cancellation is available up to 12 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Any misbehaviour, misconduct, harassment, abuse, threats, or inappropriate conduct during a call or at the clinic may lead to immediate termination of the session without refund, and legal action may be taken under applicable Indian law.

Shanti Sukoon Kuteer reserves the right to refuse service in cases of unsafe or inappropriate behaviour.
